We pour concrete driveways, slabs, pads and foundations, patios, pool decks, sidewalks and steps, and we lay brick pavers. For businesses, that includes slabs for shops, warehouses and metal buildings. Driveways and patios get a plain broom finish; stamped and decorative concrete are not part of our work.
Do you build homes and barns too?
Yes. We build custom homes, barndominiums, pole barns, horse barns and metal buildings from the ground up on your land. The same company does the site prep, the slab and the building, all the way to the last nail. Sheds and detached garages are part of our pole barn work.
What area do you cover?
We are based in Ocala and work across all of Marion County, plus about 50 miles around Ocala. In the county, that includes Belleview, Dunnellon, Summerfield, Marion Oaks, Silver Springs Shores and Citra. We also work in The Villages, Leesburg, Gainesville and Inverness. How does pricing work?
Every job is priced after a free on-site estimate. The price depends on the size, the site, the ground, the design, the finish and the schedule. Call or text (352) 286-7836 to set up your estimate.
How long before I can drive on a new driveway?
Cars can usually drive and park on a new concrete driveway seven days after the pour, per common industry guidance. By then, the concrete has about 70 percent of its potential strength. Wait at least 24 hours before you walk on it. RVs and large trucks should wait at least 28 days.
Do I need a permit for a pole barn or a slab?
A pole barn usually needs a building permit, and a slab can too, depending on the job. In the unincorporated county, permits come from Marion County Building Safety. Under state law, many nonresidential farm buildings on bona fide agricultural land are exempt from the Florida Building Code. The county decides whether a building qualifies, and we plan the build around the permit and inspection schedule.
Can you pour a slab under my existing pole barn?
Yes. We pour slabs under existing pole barns, and slabs poured inside horse barns are part of our work. The site visit looks at the ground inside the barn, the posts and how the concrete gets in.
Do you do remodeling?
No. Our work is new construction and concrete. We build new homes, barns and buildings from the ground up and pour driveways, slabs and patios. For a remodel, an addition or a renovation, a remodeling company is the better fit.
